giggle welcomes September as Safety month. So, every week we’ll be highlighting key safety items for expecting parents and newborns. This week our key feature is the Groegg. This egg-shaped thermometer will change colors as the temperature of the room rises or falls. Its always important to know the temperature of where your little one is sleeping and/or playing. Not only will it tell you the temperature, it will also serve as a night light glow. Plus, its a consistent pick for our Best Baby Registry. Join us for this informative class and understand the power of touch, both as a connection between baby and caregiver and as a way to help calm your baby during fussy times. We’ll demonstrate some simple techniques and asnwer questions. Then on Thursday, August 5th at 1pm giggle introduces our Doula 411 hosted by Britt Solomon. giggle Walnut Creek welcomes Jill Walson from the Speech Pathology Group in Walnut Creek for a special storytime. Jill will work with parents on techniques of reading and making kids feel engaged during reading time. So, every last Wednesday of the month we welcome the Speech Therapist.
